In 2001 she graduated the Institute of advocacy of Kyiv Taras Shechenko National University. Olga Rybachuk has been a director of the law firm "Yurlex" since 2007, and joined the firm in 2001. She practices Corporate law, Domestic and International litigation, Arbitration,  Administrative law, Corporate law, Civil law, Taxation, Property law, investments.

She speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.
